All-Inclusive Meal Program
There will be three vegetables daily: cucumbers, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
We will adjust the menu for the infants according to their eating ability.
Please discuss during the tour if your child has different dietary needs, allergy, or any food intolerance as you know of. We may not be able to tailor to each child’s needs.
Week 1 Menu
Monday
AM snack: Apple slices + goldfish crackers
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich on multigrain bread. (V) Remove ham
PM snack: Multi-grain crackers + hummus
Tuesday
AM snack: Orange wedges, crackers, milk
Lunch: Fried rice with chicken, egg, and vegetables. (V) Replace chicken with tofu
PM snack: Muffin + fruit
Wednesday
AM snack: Banana + crackers
Lunch: Mapo Tofu with ground beef, mushroom, and tofu. Serve w/ rice. (V) Remove ground beef
PM snack: Yogurt + cottage cheese
Thursday
AM snack: Apple slices + Cheerios
Lunch: Beef tortellini. (V) Cheese tortellini
PM snack: Roll + milk
Friday
AM snack: Pear slices + milk
Lunch: Pasta with ground beef and peas, in tomato sauce. (V) Remove ground beef. Add plant-base meatball
PM snack: Muffin + fruit
Week 2 Menu
Monday
AM snack: Pear slices + goldfish crackers
Lunch: Mac & cheese
Steamed sweet potato
PM snack: Whole-grain Crackers + milk
Tuesday
AM snack: Orange wedges + crackers
Lunch: Chilli with ground beef, kidney beans, black beans, carrot, and celery. (V) remove ground beef
PM snack: Roll + apple slices
Wednesday
AM snack: Banana + milk
Lunch: Stir fry noodle with eggs and vegetables.
PM snack: Yogurt + cottage cheese
Thursday
AM snack: Banana + Cheerios
Lunch: Pasta with peas in chicken Alfredo sauce. (V) Replace chicken with lentils
PM snack: Multigrain bread + hummus
Friday
AM snack: Apples + milk
Lunch: Savory chicken with scrambled egg and vegetable. Serve with rice. (V) Replace chicken with tofu
